From perusal of the writ petition, it transpires that the investigation was going on in a very tardy fashion. The Court had entertained the writ petition also, but till 28.07.2025, it appeared that the investigation had not concluded. We had therefore summoned the Investigating Officer personally. 2. Today, short counter affidavits have been filed stating that on 06.08.2025 charge sheet had been submitted vis-a-vis Anwaar, under Sections 304-A, 504, and 506 of the IPC. This having been done, we are of the view that no further order is required to be passed in the instant writ petition. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, and the same is consigned to record.
