Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:84115-DB Court No. - 42 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 10221 of 2025 Petitioner :- Jitendra Respondent :- State Of Up And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Pavan Kumar Mishra Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Hon'ble Anil Kumar-X,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. P.K. Jaiswal learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents, Mr. Madhusudan Mishra, learned counsel for the complainant and perused the material brought on the record. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 25.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.165 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 74, 76, 333 B.N.S.S. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, P.S. - Jhunsi, District- Shamli. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that in the present matter Final Report has already been submitted before the competent court and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Considering the categorical statement of learned A.G.A., we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved with the submission of final report, it is always open to him to agitate before the appropriate forum. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. (Anil Kumar-X,J.) (Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J.) Order Date :- 20.5.2025 Sachin Digitally signed by :- SACHIN TIWARI High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
