Respondent(s) RAGHVENDRA JAT Digitally signed by RAGHVENDRA JAT 2 For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Vikas Kumar Bajpai, Advocate. For Respondent(s)/State : Mr. Rahul Tamaskar, G.A. Hon’ble Mr. Justice Amitendra Kishore Prasad Order on Board 24/11/2025 1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 This Hon'ble Court be pleased to summon the entire record pertaining to the petitioner from the office of R/2 to R/8 by issuing a writ of certiorari and after perusal of the record further be pleased to directed the respondents to comply with the order passed by the Hon'ble Court in WP(S) 674/2020 before conducting the departmental inquiry further by issuing a writ of mandamus. 10.2 Cost of the petition be paid to the petitioner. 10.3 Any other and further relief deemed justified in the circumstance of the case be also extended to the petitioner.” 2. In light of order dated 11.8.2025 passed in WPS No. 7730/2023, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the departmental enquiry itself has been quashed by this Court as such the relief claimed by the petitioner is required to be allowed. 3 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the same. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. The petitioner has sought a direction for supply of certain documents; however, in view of the fact that the departmental enquiry, in connection with which such documents were required, has already been quashed by this Court, the very basis of the relief claimed no longer survives. Consequently, the necessity for furnishing the aforesaid documents does not arise, and the petition, having lost its substratum, has rendered itself infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Sd/- (Amitendra Kishore Prasad) Judge Raghu Jat
