The present petition has been filed in public interest, seeking a direction to respondent no. 7 to conclude the inquiry pending against respondents no. 4 and 5 in pursuance of order of District Magistrate. 2. The case of the petitioner is that the Pradhan has misused public money and on the complaint of the petitioners' inquiry has been directed by the District Magistrate. The Inquiry Officer i.e. respondent no. 7 had issued notices for holding the inquiry but respondents no. 4 and 5 have not responded to the same. 3. It is submitted that a direction be issued to respondent no. 7 to conclude the inquiry expeditiously. 4. As the inquiry is being held in pursuance of order of District Magistrate, therefore, we leave it open to the petitioner to raise grievances in this regard before the District Magistrate. 5.
