GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or an appropriate writ or order declaring declare the action of the Respondents in not providing protection to the Petitioners land covered in R.S.No.140/11 an extent of Ac.1.06 cts and R.S.N0.162/2A an extent of Ac.4.27 cts situated at Koyarajamundry Village, Buttaigudem Mandal, Eluru District as illegal arbitrary and contrary to the Provision of APSALT Reg. 1/59 as Amended by 1/70 and consequently direct the Respondents to arrange necessary protection to the Petitioners land covered in R.S.No.140/11 an extent of Ac.1.06cts and R.S.No.162/2A an extent of Ac.4.27cts situated at Koyarajamundry Village, Buttaigudem Mandal, Eluru District by following the Orders in SR No.79/2023 dated 30-11-2023 and as per the proceedings of RDO Jangareddygudem in ROC No.602/2024/ dated 15-10-2024 and to pass….” 2. Heard M/s. P.R.K.Amarendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 3. During the course of hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent nos.4 to 6, on written instructions, has submitted that the Station House Officer, Buttaigudem requested the petitioner to intimate the date and time of cultivating the subject lands and also asked the names of the persons who are interfering while cultivating the subject lands for providing protection while cultivating the said lands. 4 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that, by recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition may be disposed of. 5. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
