This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed with a prayer to issue a order or direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.5, Allahabad to decide the Complaint Case No.1971 of 2016 (Pooja Jaiswal vs. Ansh Jaiswal and others) under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Kydganj, District Allahabad, pending since the year 2016 in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.5, Allahabad, within stipulated period as to be fixed by this Court. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2016. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
