This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the following relief(s):- “10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondent revenue authorities to expeditiously decide the pending proceedings filed by the petitioner under Section 250 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, registered as Case No. 202406072500051/2023-24, within a time-bound manner; 10.2 Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondent authorities to conduct demarcation of the land bearing Khasra No. 1195/5 admeasuring 726 sq. ft. (0.0240 hectare), situated at Village Tifra, Tahsil & District Bilaspur (C.G.), forthwith and submit a report before the competent authority. 10.3 Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction restraining the private respondents, their agents, servants or any person claiming through them from creating any third-party interest, raising further construction, altering the existing construction or nterfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession over the land in question, till conclusion of the Section 250 proceedings; 10.4 Direct the respondent authorities to ensure protection of the petitioner's possession and property rights over the aforementioned land and to take necessary action in accordance with law against the private respondents for illegal encroachment and construction during pendency of proceedings; 10.5 Grant any other relief/reliefs which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a better constituted petition. 3. In view of the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4. Certified copy as per rules.
