Case No.95 of 2008 corresponding to Tarbha P.S. Case No.31 of 2008 pending in the Court of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge-cum-C.J.M., Sonepur. 3. The petitioners were granted bail on 26.08.2008. However, they did not appear before the Court below on 12.12.2022 which led to issuance of NBW against them. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners on instruction from his clients undertakes that his clients would be appearing before the Court below on or before 31.01.2025 and seeks appropriate remedy available to them under law. 5. Taking into consideration the above facts and submission at the Bar, the order dated 12.12.2022 passed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge-cum-C.J.M., Sonepur in connection with S.C. Case No.13/24 of 2017-2020 is set aside, subject to the petitioners appearing/surrendering before the Court below on or before 31.01.2025 and paying cost of Rs.1000/- each to be deposited in the Orissa High Court Advocates’ Welfare Fund. 6.
