The present petition has been filed for direction to respondent No. 1 to decide the Stay Application of the petitioner pending in Revision Application No. 2025/Revision/Mamledar/CR-21. 2. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and upon oral instructions from respondent No. 1, he submits that the Stay Application would be decided within a period of six weeks. 3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received a notice on 16.09.2025 for removal of obstruction allegedly caused by the petitioner to the road in Gut No. 225. It is specifically stated that if the petitioner not to clear the road then the action would be taken to clear the road on 15.10.2025. In fact, now that 916-WP-12850-2025.odt 1 of 2 2025:BHC-AUG:30927-DB period is over and it appears that in view of the said notice dated 16.09.2025, action has not been taken. Yet, the apprehension is there and, therefore, we dispose of the writ petition by giving direction to respondent No. 1 to decide the Stay Application in the revision within a period of three weeks from today.
