Hon’ble Mr. Justice Amitendra Kishore Prasad Order on Board 20/11/2025
1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for the records pertaining to the case of the petitioner from the respondent authorities concerned for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court, in the facts and circumstances of the case, may be pleased to quash/set aside the letter dated 20.07.2023 (Annexure P-1) & 18.08.2023 (Annexure P-2), in the interest of justice. 10.3 Cost of the proceedings. 10.4 Any other writs and directions that may be deemed fit and just in the facts & circumstances of case.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset submits that the cause of action for filing this petition has been come to an end and as such he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in case exigency arises.
3. No objection has been raised from other sides.
