The brief facts of the case as per the affidavit enclosed to this Writ Petition are that the petitioner is studying in Law college and he has been discharging social activities towards poor and downtrodden people. The second respondent police registered three cases against the petitioner in Crime Nos.07 & 09 of 2017 and 40 of 2020 and his name was included in the “Rowdy History Sheet from 2020 in the respondent police station. According to the petitioner, he has been falsely implicated in the above cases, and thereby, he made a representation to the 1st respondent, requesting to remove his name from the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 18452 of 2025 Rowdy History Sheet, but there was no response till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice that if a direction is given to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.01.2025. ` 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they will consider the representation of the petitioner and will pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law, within a specific time that may be stipulated by this Court. 5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 6.
