The present Cr.M.P has been filed for extension of time to comply with the order dated 30.07.2025 passed by this Court in ACQA No.110 of 2020 whereby, liberty was granted to the appellant herein to prefer an appeal within a period of 45 days from the date of passing of said order. The petitioner has failed to file an appeal with the period of 45 days. Hence this Petition. Considering the reasons assigned in the Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to grant a further time to the petitioner to file an appeal subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- before the concerned DLSA/ DLSA Durg within a period of 30 days from the date of passing of this order. After furnishing a receipt thereof, the Appeal shall be filed within an outer limit of 30 days. Ordered accordingly. 3. The remaining conditions of the impugned order shall remain intact. 4.
