When the petitioner attempted to remove the said articles, the loading and unloading workers obstructed the same and demanded that the work be done through them by paying an amount of Rs.1,800/- per metric ton as wages. The petitioner states that the rate demanded by the loading and unloading workers is exorbitant. The petitioner has, therefore, submitted Ext.P5 representation before the 3rd respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner at this stage is for a direction to the 3rd WP(C) NO. 13045 OF 2025 : 4 : 2025:KER:26813 respondent to consider Ext.P5 expeditiously. 2. In the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, there will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P5, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and any other affected/interested persons, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. All the contentions of the petitioner in the writ petition are left open. The writ petition is disposed of.
