01. Issue notice to the respondents, which is accepted by Mr. Saqib Amin Parray, learned counsel appearing vice Mr. Mir Suhail,
learned counsel representing the respondents.
02. The prayer made by the petitioner in this petition is for directing the respondents to consider restructuring of the loan accounts of the petitioner for rescheduling of payment of debts and its settlement within a reasonable timeline.
03. Mr. Saqib Amin Parray, learned counsel appearing vice Mr. Mir Suhail, learned counsel representing the respondents submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be considered in accordance with the applicable rules/scheme.
04. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to approach the respondent Bank for redressal of his grievance and in the event the petitioner approaches the respondent Bank, the Bank shall consider his grievance in accordance with the applicable rules/scheme.
05. Writ petition disposed of along with connected CM(s) in the manner indicated above.
