I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 are filed, seeking to condone the delay of 904 days in filing and 1232 days in re-presenting the C.R.P.No.2273 of 2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to covid-19, as the petitioners were suffering with post covid-19 symptoms and illnesses including their old age ailments, the petitioners were not in a position to file these revision petitions on time. He further submits that the petitioners were not able to trace out the old documents to file these revision petitions on time. 3. Learned counsel for the 6th respondent filed counter affidavit, contending that the reasons cited by the petitioners i.e., difficulty in finding documents, sickness and ill-health of the petitioners are alleged to be false, vague, and were unsupported by any evidence. He further contends that the petitioners have failed to explain sufficient cause for such a delay. 4. Having the regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, as no proper reasons have been stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, this Court finds no reason to condone the inordinate delay. 8 5. Accordingly, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 in C.R.P.Nos.2687 and 2273 of 2025 are dismissed. 6. Consequently, C.R.P.Nos.2687 and 2273 of 2025 are also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
