...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, more particularly Respondent No. 3, in not disposing the Revision Petition bearing No. D1/e- 36320/2025 filed by the petitioner challenging the mutation of revenue records by the District Revenue Officer, Tirupati District vide order dated 08.10.2024 in Case No. D.Dis.(D1)/616/2024 pertaining to the subject property admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.68 cents in Sy.No.26/3J/1B and an extent of Ac.0.60 cents in Sy.No.32/4 of Kattakinda Venkatapuram Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Tirupati District as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and being violative of articles 14, 21 and 300(A) of the constitution of India and in contravention to the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and consequently direct the Respondent No. 3 to dispose the Revision vide No. D1/e-36320/2025 filed by the petitioner in time bound manner and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 3 to forthwith take up and dispose of the Revision Petition vide No. D1/e-36320/2025 filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a time-bound period as may be fixed by this Hon’ble Court and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“….to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, more particularly Respondent No.3, in not disposing the Revision Petition bearing No.D1/e-36320/2025 filed by the petitioner challenging the mutation of revenue records by the District Revenue Officer, Tirupati District vide

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for revenue appearing for the respondents.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent No.3 has not
disposed of the revision petition filed by him.
4. On instructions, learned Government Pleader for revenue has submitted that in view of the change in circumstances, now the Municipal Commissioner, in charge of the Joint Collector, has issued notice for hearing the revision petition on 03.01.2026 and will accordingly pass appropriate orders within a short time.
5. Considering the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the revision petition and pass

appropriate orders by providing sufficient opportunity to the petitioner as well as all the concerned parties within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in the writ petition, shall also stand closed. ___________________ JUSTICE D.RAMESH
