In para 3(D) of the counter filed by the Superintending Engineer, PR Circle, Chittoor, it was stated that the valuation of the work executed by the petitioner is Rs.2,36,96,342/-. 3. Ms. Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader prayed to grant six (06) months time to the authorities to pay the admitted amount to the petitioner. 4. Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, learned counsel for the petitioner, reported no objection for receiving the amount stated in the counter and for granting time as sought for by the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities concerned to pay to the petitioner the admitted amount of RC,J W.P.No.19631 of 2024 4 Rs.2,36,96,342/- within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of copy of the amount. The petitioner is at liberty to agitate his claim regarding interest before a competent civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
