The petitioner takes exception to a report dated 27.08.2018 issued by the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Ahmednagar Division, Ahmednagar, whereby a proposal is forwarded to the Joint Charity Commissioner for taking action against the petitioner under Section 66 and 67 of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act. The Joint Charity Commissioner has not taken any decision on the proposal as yet. The petition is disposed of as not maintainable, keeping all points raised in the present petition open to be agitated before the Joint Charity Commissioner as and when the occasion arises. 2. At this stage, the learned advocate for the petitioner makes a request that the Joint Charity Commissioner may be directed to decide the matter within a fixed time frame. The request appears to be reasonable. The Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune is directed to take a decision on the proposal dated 27.08.2018 forwarded by the Deputy Charity Commissioner on or before 31.12.2025. [ROHIT W.
