Copy of the notarized compromise has been annexed as Annexure no.1 to the affidavit filed in support of the withdrawal application. 3. Shri Arun Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2, has nodded the factum of compromise and he has no objection in case instant second appeal is withdrawn. 4.
