No.13892/2020. While disposing of the said writ petition, this Court gave the following direction: “In view of Exts.P17 to P20, the reasons stated in Ext.P9 rejection order no longer hold good. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to take up Ext.P7 submission and after hearing all the affected parties pass appropriate orders in the light of Ext.P17 to P20, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.” 2. In compliance with the direction issued by this Court, The petitioners' representation has been decided by the 1st respondent vide order dated 07.12.2024 in Annexure A4. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the said order in Annexure A4 was passed without referring to Exts.P17 to 20 as per the direction in the judgment. CON.CASE(C) NO. 850 OF 2025 3 2025:KER:29481 I do not find much substance in the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners. The absence of reference to Exts.P17 to P20 in the A4 order does not mean that the authority concerned has not considered Exts. P17 to P20. Therefore, there is no contempt as there is no willful disobedience of the judgment dated 11.04.2024 passed by this Court. Thus, the present Contempt Case is closed. However, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the order in A4, they may take recourse to the appropriate remedy as may be available to them under the law. Sd/- D. K.
