The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S. T. Case No. 479/2023 arising out of Giridih (M) P.S. Case No. 28/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-IV, Giridih. 3. The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 5606/2024 vide order dated 16.10.2024. 4. The petitioner is husband of the deceased Preeti Kumari who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home within seven years of her marriage. 5. It was submitted that the love-affair between the petitioner and the deceased resulted in their marriage. It was further submitted that the parents of the deceased were not happy with their marriage due to which she committed suicide. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
