GP FOR REVENUE 3 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 36191/2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondents in not considering the Petitioners’ Representation dated 01/12/2025 for providing police protection/police aid to go through Bandla daari/BandIa gadi/cart track for movement of vehicles with live fish load from my fish tank in R.S.Nos.472, 471/1,2,3,4 situated in Satyavolu (V), Pedapadu (M), Eluru District, which has been using 5 or 6 decades continuously, abruptly stopped now as highly illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and clear violation of Articles 14, and 21 of the Constitution of India and clear violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently to direct the respondents to provide police protection/police aid to go through Bandla Daari/BandIa gadi/cart track for movement of vehicles with live fish load from Petitioners’ fish tank in R.S.Nos.472, 471/1,2,3,4 situated in Satyavolu (V), Pedapadu (M), Eluru District for to and fro vehicles movement .…” 2. Heard Sri B.P.Raju, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri.P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent- police are not considering the representation of the petitioners for providing police aid for movement of vehicles with live fish load from the petitioners’ tank. 4 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the petitioners were advised to submit a written complaint along with documentary evidence to enable the police to verify the facts and take appropriate action according to law. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would further submit that the police have never refused to receive the complaint or acted in biased manner in this matter. He finally submits that the present petition may be disposed of. 5. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to make a fresh representation to the police in writing, so that the police may take appropriate action according to Governing Rules and law. No order as to costs.
