Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Habeas corpus command and direct the respondent No.3 to produce the petitioner/ corpus Smt. Akarma before this Hon'ble court and directing the respondent No.1 and 2 to recover corpus namely Smt. Akarma and handover to petitioner namely Talib Ali. Which is detained Illegally by respondent no.03." 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not want to press the present habeas corpus petition, however, he seeks liberty to avail appropriate remedy by filing a petition for rukhsati under Muslim Law. 4. Learned AGA has no objection with the aforesaid prayer. 5. Accordingly, the present habeas corpus petition is dismissed as not pressed with aforesaid liberty.
