Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 3. As seen from the record, the petitioners were shown as Accused Nos.1 and 6 in this case. The case is of the year 2019. The petitioners did not appear before the learned Trial Court. Therefore, the learned Trial Court was constrained to issue non-bailable warrants for hassle-free trial. The non- bailable warrants were executed on 04.09.2025. Even after issuance of the non-bailable warrants against the petitioners, neither filing any application before the learned Trial Court nor appearing before the learned Trial Court. The trial is required to be conducted without any disturbance. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that some more accused in this case have not appeared before the learned Court. Therefore, the learned Trial 3 Dr.YLR,J Crl.P.No.12321 of 2025 Dated 30.12.2025 Court was again constrained to issue non-bailable warrants to other accused, but they are pending for execution. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the gravity and nature of the allegations levelled against the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 6, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 6 at this juncture. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed. 5. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
