They submitted that they have amicably settled the matter between each other before the Mediation Centre, High Court of Karnataka, Dharwad Bench, Dharwad. Accordingly, they have filed a memorandum of agreement under Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Rules 24 and 25 of the Karnataka Civil Procedure (Mediation) Rules, 2007.
