The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.22, dated 17.04.2025, under Section 308(2) of B.N.S, registered at Police Station Sector- 19, Chandigarh. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 20.05.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3. Learned State counsel also submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4. On the other hand learned counsel for the complainant has vehemently opposed the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
