This is an application for quashing of the order dated 12.01.2015 taking cognizance for offence under Sections 323, 504, 34 of the IPC against the petitioners including entire proceeding of Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 450 of 2013 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Danapur. 3. The impugned order is of the year 2015 which has been challenged in the year 2021 after an inordinate delay. 4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed on the Patna High Court CR. MISC.
