Heard Mr. Mahesh Bhavsar, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, Ms. Devanshiba Rana, the learned AGP appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4, Ms. Sonal Bhavsar, the learned advocate appearing for the respondent No.5 and 6 and Ms. Jyoti Kumari Jha, the learned advocate appearing for Mr. Munjal V. Acharya, the learned advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.7, 8, 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4 and 10 to 10.3. 2. The petitioner herein has challenged the impugned order C/SCA/17387/2023 ORDER DATED: 19/09/2025 dated 1.7.2023 passed by the learned Secretary, Revenue Department (Appeal)in the Revision Application No.94 of 2020 and the order dated 12.3.2020 passed in Revision Application No.55 of 2013 by the learned Collector, Gandhinagar wherein by the said order Entry No.6655 posted in Village Form No.6 in the name of the petitioner is subject matter of challenge by the respondents herein which came to be cancelled. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and the learned advocate appearing for the respondents have placed on record consent affidavit stating that they have no objection if the revenue Entry No.6655 is mutated in favour of the petitioner herein. The entry which was cancelled by orders of Mamlatdar, Collector and Secretary (Appeal) be quashed and set aside. 4. The parties who have filed consent affidavit are present in the Court. As such the dispute is between the private parties, in view thereof and the affidavit filed by the respondents and in light of the settlement arrived at between the parties outside the Court, taking the said affidavits on record, the impugned order dated C/SCA/17387/2023 ORDER DATED: 19/09/2025 1.7.2023 passed by the learned SSRD in the Revision Application No.94 of 2020 and the order dated 12.3.2020 passed in Revision Application No.55 of 2013 by the learned Collector, Gandhinagar are quashed and set aside.
