GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in illegally threatening the petitioners to vacate the property ie.,1.Z wet/dry land in an extent of about Ac.2.22cents in R.S.No.120/4, R.S.No.50/1, 2.AC.0.98 cents in R.S.No.119/2, 119/3, 119/4, and R.S.No.l27/6A and 3.an old tiled house situated in an extent of Ac.0.05 Vi cents in R.S.No.l27/6A (inclusive of Ac.0.03cents of gramakantham) situated in Pulletikurru (v) of Ambajiepta Mandal, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District without any manner of right and frequently calling the petitioners to the police station and threatening them to foist false criminal cases against the petitioners at the active instance of the 5th respondent as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, unconstitutional and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents No.2 to 4 not to interfere with the civil rights of the petitioners and their property.” 2. Sri Pappu Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, it is a case of interference of Police in the civil disputes. 3. Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, on the complaint of one V.Venkateswara Rao, the Petitioners were called to the Police Station for preliminary enquiry and no crime has been registered against the Petitioners. It is further submitted that the Police are not interfering the civil disputes between the parties. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere with the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
