The petitioners were issued an allotment order on 18.05.2017 for lease-back in pursuance of Government Order dated 24.04.2010 and Greater NOIDA Industrial Development Rural Abadi Sites (Management and Regularization) Regulations, 2011 as amended in 2015 in respect of Khasra no.12 area 0.5172 hectare. 2. The case of the petitioners is that the lease-back was for an area which is less than the entitlement and, therefore, the petitioners have preferred objection against the allotment letter on 01.04.2025. It is submitted that the same may be directed to be decided by respondent no.2. 3. Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2 has no objection to the same. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.2 to decide the objection dated 01.04.2025 within six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order.
