This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. It is contended that taking into account the last date fixed earlier to 21.09.2025, this Court vide order dt.20.09.2025 in W.P.(C ) No.26489 of 2025 and batch permitted the Petitioners therein to submit their property statement of details before the concerned Superintendent of Police off-line and for doing the needful by the Superintendent of Police in terms of letter dt.07.9.2025 so issued by the State Police Headquarter. 3.1. It is fairly contended that in the Bar that the last date for submission of the CCRs with due acceptance of the property statement has now been extended to 26.09.205 i.e. today. It is also fairly contended that in the meantime, the Petitioners have already been submitted their property statement details off line on 20.09.2025/21.09.2025. It is accordingly contended that taking into account the extension of the date of the submission of the CCRs to 26.09.2025, so made by the State Police Headquarter vide its letter dt.25.09.2025 (so produced in Court today), concerned Superintendent of Police be directed to submit the CCR by accepting the details of the property statement so submitted off line on 20.09.2025/ 21.09.2025. 4. Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate also fairly contended that the last date of the submission of the CCRs has now been fixed to today and if the Petitioners as contended have already provided the details of the property statement off line on 20.09.2025/21.09.2025, this Court can pass appropriate order in the light of the order passed on 20.09.2025 in W.P.(C ) No.26489 of 2025 and batch. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the submission made and the fact that the date for submission of the CCR has been fixed to today, if as contended by the learned Sr Counsel appearing for the Petitioners that all the Petitioners have submitted their property statement details off-line before the concerned Superintendent of Police on 20.09.2025/21.09.2025, concerned Superintendent of Police are directed to act in terms of order dt.20.09.2025 passed in W.P.(C ) No.267489 of 2025. 5.1.
