The matter is listed for orders on Letter dated 04.11.2025 sent by the Additional Session Judge (FTC), Special Judge (POCSO), District-Kabirdham (Kawardha) (C.G.) requesting for extension of further 15 days time for disposal of the case bearing S.T. On 04.07.2025 while disposing of the MCRC No. 4191/2025 this Court had directed the concerned Court to decide the case within a period of four months but the proceeding could not complete within four months. By the Letter under consideration, 2 the concerned Court has prayed for further 15 days time for deciding the case. 3. The request made by the learned concerned Court appears to be genuine and, therefore, further 15 days time is granted from today to ensure disposal of the case. 4.
