Present petition has been filed, praying for the following relief; i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to make the construction of "Naala" (Draingage) over the Rasta of 11 Ft. in width and 258 ft. in length situated in Bhalua Tola, Ward No.14, Nagar Panchayat Obra, District Sonbhadra. 3. The petitioner may file representation before the District Magistrate, Sonbhadra bringing all necessary documents and facts, who shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of filing of representation, in accordance with law. 4.
