The accused/applicants have moved this first bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nyaya Suraksha Sanhita for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 21/2025 registered at Police Station – Darima District Surguja (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 105, 103(1), 238A, 3 (5)of BNS and Section 135 of Electricity Act. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that 10 witnesses have already been examined before the trial Court, therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the present MCRC. 3. As prayed for, the present MCRC stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
