Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors submits that it has been decided that the said Sandip Mukherjee was not to officiate and act as an ‘Accountant’ even on temporary basis as the ‘Accountant’ is Group-C post as per Calcutta University First Statutes, 1979. Therefore, the direction passed by this Court on 02.09.2024 upon the respondent authorities to consider the representation made by the petitioner, has already been complied with.
