The present Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: “…to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction and non- disposal of the F-Line Survey Application bearing No. FSNV012500837184 dated 24-09-2025, submitted by me, for conducting survey and demarcation of boundaries in respect of my property situated in Survey No. 30-E admeasuring Ac. 4.50 cents and Survey No. 31-C admeasuring Ac. 4.57 cents (Ac. 1.57 plus Ac. 3.00 cents), as arbitrary, illegal, and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently, direct the Respondents especially Respondents Nos. 3 to 6, to consider and dispose of the said application within a time frame to be fixed by this Honble Court, in accordance with law, and pass such other order….” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner also made F-line application by paying requisite fee with a request to conduct survey and fix the boundaries of his W.P. No.36330 of 2025 Date of order:29.12.2025 -4- land and notice also issued to the concerned persons, however, the same was not concluded. 4. Both the learned counsel submit that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order passed by learned single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.2674 of 2020, dated 19.02.2020. 5. Considering the above submissions, the Writ Petition also stands disposed of, in terms of the order in W.P.No.2674 of 2020, dated 19.02.2020, directing the respondents to take a decision in terms of Section 10 (1) of Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and communicate the same to the petitioner provided under Section 10 (2) of the said Act, within one (01) month from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 6.
