JUSTICE VIJAYKUMAR A.PATIL) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking the following relief: Issue a writ of Habeas Corpus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction directing the respondents to produce the petitioner’s brother Sandeep S/o Tapan Bag, Aged about 30 years, illegally detained by respondent No.4 and his associates, before Hon’ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith. 2. Learned AGA on advancement of notice entered appearance and submits that respondent No.3 had secured the detenue. 3. We have interacted with the detenue Sri. Sandeep and he states that he is aged about 25 years and working with respondent No.4 and from there, police requested him to come to the Court and therefore, he is before this Court. He further states that there was some communication gap between him - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:11092-DB WPHC No. 100033 of 2025 and his brother/petitioner and therefore, the petitioner has lodged a missing complaint. He also states that there was no illegal detention by anyone. 4. We have also perused the Aadhar Card of the detenue. Since the detenue is produced before the Court and considering his statement before the Court, we are of the view that no further order is required to be passed in the present habeas corpus petition.
