(M) No. 474 of 2025 Though reply has not been filed, however, condonation has been opposed by learned counsel for the respondent on the ground that day to day delay as required to be explained under law, has not been explained. Taking into consideration averments made in the application and submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, delay in filing appeal alongwith application for leave to appeal is condoned. Bail bonds so furnished shall be transmitted by the Trial Court to this Court for placing on record. List for further orders on 17th September, 2025.
