The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S. Case No. 22/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 21(b), 22 & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act and Section 111(2)(b) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Shri Diwakar Pandey, learned Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi. 3. On 12.01.2025, the petitioner alongwith co-accused person was apprehended by Sukhdeo Nagar police from a place near Muktidham Bridge. On search, about 16 grams of brown sugar was recovered from their joint possession. 4. It appears that the quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It further appears that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which has been mentioned at paragraph no. 5 of the bail application. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Diwakar Pandey, learned Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S.
