As per the instructions received by learned State counsel, respondent No. 5 Raghuveer Kushwaha is the father of the petitioner No. 1 Smt. Rajni (corpus) and has submitted that the corpus has been abducted by some unknown person regarding which an FIR has been registered by her father/respondent No. 5 in Case Crime No. 197 of 2025 under Section 137(2) of the B.N.S. at Police Station-Bahorapur, District-Gwalior. The petitioner No. 1 Smt. Rajni (corpus) has not been illegally detained by respondent No. 5 rather has been abducted by some unknown persons. As no one has appeared to press the petition, the present Habeas Corpus Petition, is accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
