During the adjudication of the miscellaneous petition seeking for condonation of delay, a settlement was arrived at https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis M.S.RAMESH J. kas between the Corporation and the employee, which was recorded and orders passed on 04.11.2024 . As per the settlement, the Corporation had agreed to pay 30% of back wages, consequently he submitted that 30% of back wages has been paid on 03.04.2025 and an alternate light duty has also been assigned to the petitioner on 03.04.2025. 2.Recording the above, the contempt petition is closed. 04-04-2025 (2/2) kas CONT.
