Case No. 173/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) & 238 of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-VI, Hazaribagh. 3. The petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of the husband of the deceased, who initially went missing. 4. During the course of investigation, husband of the deceased namely Ashok Mahto was apprehended and he confessed his guilt that he had committed murder of his wife. Thereafter, he alongwith this petitioner, disposed the body of the deceased in Damodar river. 5. It appears that dead body of the deceased was not recovered. 6. It was submitted that only allegation against the petitioner is that he helped the husband of the deceased in disposing off the dead body of the deceased. 7. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-VI, Hazaribagh in connection with S.T.
