Learned counsel for the respondents has opposed the prayer on the ground that day to day delay, as required to be explained, has not been explained. Taking into consideration the pleadings of parties and submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, delay of 72 days in filing appeal, is condoned. Application stands disposed of. Cr. Bail bonds so furnished shall be transmitted by the learned Trial Court to the Registry of this Court for placing the same on record. List for hearing in due course after completion.
