This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the constitution of India by declaring the action of Respondents No. 3 and 4 in not disposing the complaint made the petitioner dt. 04.10.2025 in accordance with law, without doing any investigation or giving any opportunity to submit evidence and failed to register FIR despite the receipt of the said complaint nor taken any action against the accused mentioned in the complaint as illegal,

arbitrary and violative of Article 14,19 and 21 of Constitution of India and also in contravention of Apex Court Judgment in Lalita Kumari V. Government of U.P., and consequently direct the Respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner and take appropriate action in the matter in accordance with law”
2. Heard Ms.Bugulu Sreeteja, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on the complaint made by the petitioner, police registered a case in Crime No.295 of 2025 of Kurnool II Town Police Station, for the offence under Section 318(4) read with 3(5) of BNS. 4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
