Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 3. As seen from the record, a learned Single Judge of this Court, vide order dated 29.05.2025 in Crl.P.No.5665 of 2025, granted pre-arrest bail to Accused No.1. Another learned Single Judge of this Court, vide order dated 30.06.2025 in Crl.P.No.5981 of 2025, granted similar relief to Accused No.8. Similarly, a learned Single Judge of this Court, in Crl.P.No.6187 of 2025, vide order dated 30.06.2025, granted pre-arrest bail to Accused No.4. The allegations against the petitioner/Accused No. 10 also stand footing as those against the other accused. In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed with the following conditions: i. In the event of his arrest, the petitioner/Accused No. 10 shall be enlarged on bail subject to his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials. ii. The petitioner/Accused No. 10 shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet. iii. The petitioner/Accused No. 10 shall cooperate with the Investigation Officer and shall make himself available for investigation as and when required. iv. The petitioner/Accused No. 10 shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses. V. The petitioner/Accused No.10 shall not commit or indulge in similar offences in future. vi.
