Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC . 3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , petitioner assaulted informant and his son as a result of which they sustained injury . Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Case and counter case . 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner. 5 . Considering the nature of injury , case and counter case and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47853 of 2025(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate – First Class Bettiah district- West Champaran in connection with Chanpatia P.S. case No. 355 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of BNSS 2023 .
