GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the civil disputes between petitioner and respondent no 4 is illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14,19, and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to take necessary steps on the petitioners representation dt. 29/11/2024 and legal 2 notice dt. 02/12/2024 ensure that no coercive or adverse action is taken against the petitioner.” 2. Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the Police have not received any representation from the Petitioner on 29.11.2024. It is further submitted that, based on the complaint given by Respondent No.4, the Petitioner was called to the Police Station for enquiry, but the Petitioner did not turn up. Police received legal notice dated 02.12.2024. Learned Assistant Government Pleader finally submits that the Police are not interfering in the financial disputes between the parties. 3. Sri Vattikuti Sreemannarayana, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere with the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
