Prayer for expeditious disposal of Sessions Trial No. 166 of 2020 (State vs. Noor Ahmed @ Ahmed and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 103 of 2020, under Sections 366, 376 IPC, Police Station Raunapar, District Azamgarh pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Azamgarh, has been made. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has referred to order sheet, which reflects that accused Noor Ahmed alias Ahmed is successively moving applications seeking exemption from appearance and on account of this, the proceedings are being delayed. The charge was framed in the year 2020. 4. Considering the material placed before this Court, prayer for expeditious disposal appears to be justified. 5. Accordingly, the application is disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid proceedings strictly in accordance with law within a period of one year from the date a certified/ true attested copy of the order is filed before it.
