The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. 15 liters of country-made liquor was recovered from the Hut . As per paragraph – 3, all the petitioners have got criminal antecedents of similar nature. 4. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected.
