Co-ordinate Bench by order dated 7th January, 2025 in Writ-C no.42456 of 2024 quashed and set aside the blacklisting. His client then made representation dated 4th March, 2025, inter alia, for release of retention money, performance bank guarantee and waiver of penalty. He submits, there be direction upon respondent no.3 to consider the representation. Mr. Pranjal Mehrotra, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent no.3 (the Highway Authority) and submits with reference to said order dated 7th January, 2025 (supra), petitioner was issued show cause notice dated 22nd May, 2025. He is to reply to it. Petitioner must reply to the show cause notice. In the reply petitioner may enclose its representation dated 4th March, 2025 and certified copy of this order. Said respondent will consider petitioner's case as put up before it. Result of the consideration, including decision taken on the show cause notice be informed to petitioner within four weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of.
